All postal orders are freshly prepared for our weekly dispatch on Thursday.

The cut-off for that week’s dispatch is Wednesday at 12pm.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be included in the following Thursday’s dispatch.

Most orders arrive on Friday via tracked 24 delivery.

For that fresh-from-the-oven Cookie Mookie texture, warm your cookie in the oven for around 3 minutes.

We recommend using the oven rather than the microwave for the best texture.

Our cookies are baked fresh and individually packed to help maintain their quality.

Store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place and consume within 5 days.

Yes. Our cookies can be frozen if you want to save them for later.

Keep them well wrapped or in an airtight container before freezing. Allow them to defrost before warming them in the oven for that freshly baked texture.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, milk, eggs, soya and nuts.

Allergen information is available for our products, but because everything is prepared in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Our wholesale programme starts from a minimum order of 24 cookies, with a minimum of 6 per flavour.

For UK-wide postal delivery, cookies are sold as boxes rather than individual cookies.

You can mix and match your favourite flavours. Premium and Dessert Drop flavours can also be added to the 6-cookie box for an additional £1 per premium cookie.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as the express payment options available at checkout.

Our bakery is closed on Saturdays and Sundays while we trade at our weekend markets.
