All cookies are baked fresh in small batches and carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit.

Orders are typically dispatched every Thursday unless otherwise stated.

As we bake in limited batches, dispatch times may vary during busy periods or monthly drop launches.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

 

Delivery Method

 

We use Royal Mail tracked to ensure your cookies arrive safely and securely.

Please note:

  • Someone should be available to receive the parcel where possible.
  • Cookie Mookie cannot be responsible for delays caused by courier services once dispatched.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot replace orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

 

Freshness & Storage

Our cookies are baked fresh on the morning of posting and packaged to stay delicious during transit.

For the best experience:

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • Enjoy within 5 days of delivery.
  • For that fresh-from-the-oven feel, warm in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

During warmer months, fillings and chocolate toppings may soften slightly in transit. This does not affect quality or taste.

Simply allow cookies to settle at room temperature before enjoying.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can investigate with the courier.
